Food industries are essential to shaping and structuring destination food tourism focus the overall industry. By highlighting regional distinctiveness contribution of local distinctive visitor experiences as well boosting economy, destinations producers or businesses must recognize significance gastronomy experience in tourism. This research used qualitative techniques was conducted states Pahang Terengganu East Coast Malaysia (ECM). Since production ECM is one key contributions economy a significant locally-owned industry, 13 were picked for interviews. therefore ensure that cuisine satisfies tourists' growing interest demand their quest an exceptional experience. In this regard, incorporated viewpoints offer beneficial substantial developing gastrotourism destinations.
